It has two stories and, unlike the bulk of the other residences in Adopt Me!, the entryway is on the side of the house. There is also an indoor pool directly in front of the main entrance. The contemporary home contains seven rooms in total, including bathrooms. The fourth room has a bathroom attached to it. The house was built in 1975 by architect John Burgee.
Adopted children are given money when they turn 18. If they're still living at home, their parents get to keep all of this money.
The house was sold for $525,000 in October 1979. It had been adopted by a couple from New York City who wanted a more rural life-style. They had it shipped back home and then remodeled into a guesthouse.
Today, the mansion is only available as a rental unit. It usually rents for between $35,000 and $50,000 per year.

The 10,823-square-foot property, which was completed in 1988, has an open floor plan and has been completely refurbished. A true mansion should be at least 5,500 square feet in size, feature a maid's room, breakfast room, library, formal dining room, and at least three family bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Little mansions can be as small as 3,500 square feet; anything smaller is merely a home.
Mini manseons can be even smaller - at about 2,500 square feet or less - but they are still considered mansions because they meet the requirements of being a house for four people to live in.
Most mini mansion brands focus on building small houses between 1,000 and 4,000 square feet; some even go as small as 500 square feet. But there are also mini mansion brands that build larger houses too. One example is American Manor, which builds homes up to 6,000 square feet.
Often, these small houses are built near other small houses by the same brand, giving the appearance of a small town. But since they're only 1-4 stories high, they can be found anywhere in the United States.
In addition to having several bedrooms and bathrooms, a mini mansion must include other standard house features such as a living room, dining room, kitchen, garage, etc. However, they may not have all of these features. For example, some mini mansions do not include a full bathroom on each floor (only one or two floors) to make the house more affordable.
The House of the Family The first family's bedrooms and private sitting rooms, as well as several guest chambers, such as the Lincoln Bedroom, are located on the second story of the White House Residence. These rooms can be found by walking through the Yellow Oval Room to reach the State Dining Room and then turning right into the Blue Room. From there, walk up the stairs to the second floor.
The Green Room is used by the president for changing clothes and receiving visitors. It is decorated with American Indian artifacts that were collected by President Theodore Roosevelt. The room also contains a large mirror that was given to Thomas Jefferson by the French government.
The Lincoln Bedroom is where Abraham Lincoln spent most nights before he died at a nearby hotel. It features a four-post bed with elaborate carving, a chair, and a table. A looking glass hangs on the wall behind the bed.
Other private rooms include a small music room, a study, and a prayer room. Many of these rooms have been preserved much as they were when last used by their original occupants.
The basement of the White House houses the offices of the president's staff. It also includes a movie theater and a bowling alley that are used by members of the first family and their guests.

In reality, there is no single definition of a mansion. Instead, it is a name given to a large house by its owners. While some mass dwellings are only one story high, others have multiple floors. Some have many rooms, while others have few. Mansions can be built in any style, but they usually feature lavish decor and expensive furniture.
Most people think of a mansion as a huge home, but this is not always the case. Many small homes can fit into more than one million dollars in sales price land, but they aren't called mansions. Instead, they are called estates or retreats.
There are several factors used by real estate agents to help buyers decide how much money they can spend on a house. Size is obviously important, but also consider the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the location, style, and quality of construction. A large house with small rooms may not be comfortable for everyone living in it, while a small house with many rooms might not offer enough privacy for a married couple.
