Plan to rent at least two portable toilets for ladies and two for men for a smaller wedding of 75 to 100 people. If you want to have more privacy, then three or four portables would be appropriate. If you plan to invite more than 100 people, you should consider renting real bathroom facilities.
The most common mistake that brides make is not planning sufficiently for bathroom accommodations. It is important to have a clear understanding of how many bathrooms will be needed before you start planning your wedding party gifts, venue searches, and other tasks. You should also plan ahead to ensure that you have enough toilet paper, soap, towels, and other necessities on hand. If the number of guests is large, it may be best to arrange with friends or family who are willing to let you use their bathrooms rather than risk having too few facilities available for all of your guests.
In general, you need one bathroom for every 15-20 guests. This amount increases if you have children attending the wedding. For example, if you expect 20% of your guests to be under 18, then you should plan for 30 bathrooms instead of 25.
If you are planning a small wedding, you can probably get by with just one portable toilet.
For a one-night event, the rule of thumb is to have one portable toilet for every 60 visitors, but this is a general guideline, and we may propose more if the event is running for a longer amount of time. If there are a lot of people drinking and if there are a lot of people drinking, one bathroom for every 60 visitors might not be enough. Maybe consider increasing the number of bathrooms so everyone has some privacy when they need it.
In addition, think about how many people will be using the porta-potties and whether that will exceed what you have planned to spend on them. Most events don't require as many porta-potties as you might think; usually six to eight will be enough. However, if you plan to have an outdoor party with lots of food and drinks, then you'll need more porta-potties.
Also, consider how many guests you expect to have attending the event. If you estimate that three out of four attendees will be drunk, than you should probably allocate five or six porta-potties for your event. This way nobody will feel ignored when they need to use the restroom.
Finally, remember that these are just guidelines. You may want to increase or decrease the number of restrooms depending on how many people come to your event and how long it lasts. Just keep in mind that more bathrooms mean more money up front and more cleaning after the event.
Plan the appropriate quantity of toilets. You will need one toilet for every 50 people, with extra toilets required for every four-hour increment beyond the first four hours. So, if you rent the facility for six hours and anticipate 150 visitors, you will want at least three toilets. If your event draws more than expected, you can add additional toilets later in the day.

If possible, provide gender-specific restrooms so people aren't forced to use the bathroom with someone they don't want to be around. This is especially important for children's bathrooms; allowing them to go to a separate room or area of the building helps prevent embarrassment and provides them with their own space where they can feel comfortable.
Make sure there are enough hand towels available. People will be washing their hands in the restroom, so make sure to include at least as many hand towels as washrooms for when they forget to bring their own.
If there are no towel racks, then put up temporary ones made out of cardboard boxes or empty water bottles. They will only be used for a single event, so the inconvenience is not too great.
The best option would be to have both male and female restrooms on site. This allows people to choose what kind of restroom they would like to use and also prevents any embarrassment about using the wrong bathroom.
