With a height of 1,121 feet (342 m), the 60-story skyscraper is the highest structure in Philadelphia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the fourteenth largest structure in the United States, and the tallest structure outside of Manhattan and Chicago. The building was completed in 2016 and is currently the second tallest building in the city.
The Comcast Building is also the first high-rise building in Philadelphia to be built since the 1970s. When it was unveiled to the public in 2015, many people praised its design and innovation while others criticized it for being too big and unnecessary. The building's tenants include Comcast employees as well as other companies like Airbnb and WeWork.
Comcast owns one of the most popular cable television service providers in the United States. The company was founded in 1980 by Ralph J. Roberts IV and David L. Cohen. Roberts was the chief executive officer until his death in 2013 when she took over the position. Cohen remains as chairman of the board.
The Comcast Building is located at 11th and JFK Boulevard in Center City, right across from the Art Museum and Benjamin Franklin Parkway. It has 25 floors above ground and three below-ground levels that contain about 5,000 square feet (460 m2) of space for parking garage equipment.
The 52-story, 809-foot (246.8 m) structure is the 28th highest in New York City and the 59th tallest in the United States. The H&M Building was completed in 1989 and has 800,000 square feet (73,600 m²) of office space.
It is located at 200 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan's West 30th Street District. The H&M Building is owned by Hines Interests Limited Partnership.

1. New York, 432 Park Avenue The freshly constructed 432 Park Avenue skyscraper is the highest all-residential structure in the Western Hemisphere. It is 1,395 feet tall, has 85 storeys, and just 106 residential apartments. It was designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro and built by the CIM Group.
2. Chicago, Illinois, 220 N. Wabash Ave. (formerly One Wabash Plaza) The former headquarters of the National Biscuit Company now houses offices for several companies under the name "220 North Wabash Avenue." This is one of Chicago's earliest skyscrapers and is currently the third-highest building in the city, with a height of 199 meters (638 ft).

4. Los Angeles, California, The Wilshire Grand Center A mixed use supertall that is officially listed as having an elevation of 1,201 feet above sea level. The Wilshire Grand Center is primarily used for office spaces but also contains luxury retail shops on its floors. It is connected to another skyscraper called the Wilshire Grand Hotel by an outdoor plaza named after both buildings.
One World Trade Center, which stands 1,776 feet tall, is New York's tallest structure (541 m). The 104-story skyscraper is also the highest structure in the United States, the tallest structure in the Western Hemisphere, and the sixth tallest structure in the world. The Freedom Tower will be even taller, reaching 2,716 feet (853 m) when it is completed in 2014.
Another huge building is the Chrysler Building, a luxury hotel built in 1929. At 1,046 feet (319 m), it is one of the smaller skyscrapers in New York.
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company built the 53-story Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City, which opened in September 2006. It was the first major skyscraper to be built in Washington, D.C., in nearly 30 years. The other big building on this list is One Liberty Plaza, which is currently the second-tallest building in New York after the World Trade Center.
When finished in 2014, the Freedom Tower will be the second-tallest building in America behind only the Willis Tower (2,720 feet or 835 m).
The name "World Trade Center" comes from the fact that these buildings are located near the intersection of West Broadway and South Church Street. They replace two older buildings that were destroyed on 9/11.
