The house has seven bedrooms and six bathrooms and is located at 1883 Orlando Road in San Marino. The 10,324-square-foot property became a tourist destination for lovers of the romance film, in which Winslet and Diaz's characters trade residences in an attempt to avoid holiday heartbreak.
It first appeared in the 1997 film 'Titanic', where it was used as the ship's grand staircase. The scene was filmed on location at White Star Line ships RMS Titanic and SS Californian in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
The house next appears in the 1998 film 'Up Where I Belong'. The scene was filmed at the Transamerica Pyramid in downtown San Francisco.
The third movie that used the house as part of its plot was in 2000. This time it was featured in 'In Too Deep'. The scene was shot on location in Miami Beach, Florida.
After these three appearances the house went back into private use until 2013 when it was sold for $2.95 million to a real estate investment company.
They planned to sell the house as one parcel but after it failed to sell they split it up into three separate properties. It took until 2017 before the property was finally sold again - this time to a hotel chain who plan to convert it into luxury condos.

Fortunately, I was able to locate the home quickly, and it appears to be nearly identical to how it appeared when Scorsese shot there. If anyone want to pay a visit, the address is 3515 Cochise Lane. This is in the exclusive suburb of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Cochise Lane is a cul-de-sac street that runs parallel to South County Road. There are about twenty single-family homes on Cochise Lane, most of which were built between 1960 and 1980. The house used in the film is a two-story stuccoed concrete block structure with an attached two-car garage. It has been reported that both the exterior and interior of the house have been completely remodeled since 1980.
When Scorsese was ready to shoot, he told the production crew not to disturb the appearance of the house. So apparently they didn't change anything other than adding some graffiti near the beginning of the movie.
The film wasn't released until 1996, so the house probably looked this way back then as well.
Palm Beach Gardens is a wealthy suburb north of Miami Beach. The city is known for its private schools and high-end shopping centers. In 1980, the average price of a home here was $150,000; now it's $1 million or more.
A home located at 2330 E. 1st St. in Long Beach, which is utilized for exterior shots of the family's residence, is one of the most often featured places in the program. WB Studios is where the interior sets are located. The lot is across the street from Western High School and next to a park.
In addition to being used as the Fosters' home, the building is also used for other purposes such as shooting scenes for public access television shows that take place there or for other non-Foster related projects.
The owner of the home has given permission for it to be used for filming purposes without charging any money for it.
The studio is now occupied by Warner Brothers. They use the space to shoot commercials, music videos, and some episodes of their series Arrested Development.
Prior to this, the location was used by NBC for several seasons between 1990 and 1995 to film parts of Parks and Recreation.
For certain sequences, it also covered surrounding places. Craig's residence was filmed at 1418 W 126th St in Los Angeles on Friday. The actual mansion is located in Gardena, California, not far from downtown Los Angeles. Smokey's address is 1433 W 126th Street, CA. 90247.
The family garage was shown on Saturday during the second half of the episode. It is located at 8341 Greenwood Ave S in Seattle. This is the same location used for Jack and Annie's house in "The End of the World".
Jack's school was on Monday. It is William J. Palmer Jr. Elementary School # 2 in Santa Monica, California. The building is located at 1030 North Ocean Avenue.
On Tuesday, we saw Paul's office building. It is a skyscraper in Chicago that stands 50 stories tall. The Edison Building is located at 400 South State Street. It was built in 1914 and has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1986.
On Wednesday, we saw Sydney's apartment building. It is a high-rise residential building in Downtown Los Angeles. It holds 57 rooms and was built in 1929. The Royal Palms Hotel was used as the filming location for The Baxter Building in New York City.
On Thursday, we saw Tony's apartment building. It is a tenement building in Manhattan Beach, California.
