What is being constructed on the Monmouth Independence Highway? Ash Creek Station, a nine-building-pad development in Monmouth and Independence, is under construction. It is located immediately east of the Monmouth Independence Highway's S-curves as you go away from the highway. The station will contain 144 apartment units.
The buildings will be rectangular with flat roofs and walls made of concrete and wood. They will have one or two stories, depending on how high they are supposed to be. Some of the apartments will be larger than others. The complex will include a fire station, community center, and parking for vehicles at each building. There will be a trail that will lead people from one end of the development to the other.
When it is complete, Ash Creek Station will provide residents with a new source of clean energy through solar panels installed on top of their buildings. This will make them more environmentally friendly and reduce their dependence on oil products. The project was announced by Columbia Energy Services in 2014 and is expected to be completed by late 2016 or early 2017.
In addition to serving as an apartment complex, this building will also contain retail space that will be leased out to different businesses. The Riddell project is just one of several planned developments in East Bremerton. Also in the works is a four-story apartment building for older adults called The Residences at Harbor Pointe, a new hotel called The Bremerton Hotel, and a large mixed-use development called The District at Wheaton Way and Riddell Road.
According to Hines, the new concept aims to give a modern mixed-use, entertainment, and retail extension to Liffey Valley, centered on a new iconic feature, a huge public plaza, and a new East-West boulevard in the center. The project will include a hotel, offices, a cinema, a food hall, shops, and restaurants.
Liffey Valley is one of the largest urban regeneration projects in Ireland, with a focus on housing, community facilities, and open space. It is being developed by Hines in partnership with the city council and other stakeholders. The first phase of the project was launched in 2014 with market research suggesting that there is strong demand for such a facility in Dublin's eastern suburbs. The site they stand on was once part of a large swamp called "Wairau Marsh". In the early 19th century, this area was inhabited by many tribes of indigenous people who had never been contacted by Europeans before. The first permanent white settlers arrived in 1839 and by 1846, most of Wairau Marsh had been sold by the government to European farmers.
